Check your email for the MetaMap verification link. Sent within 2 hours of form submission — KYC flow for individuals, KYB flow for businesses.
Complete identity check
Upload your government-issued ID, take a selfie for liveness verification, and complete all required document fields through the MetaMap secure link.
Submit additional documents
If our compliance team flags additional requirements, you will receive an email listing exactly what is needed. You have 5 business days to submit.
Wait for approval
Our Compliance Officer reviews your complete file. EDD is triggered automatically for high-risk profiles. Review takes 1-3 business days from document completeness.
